卡那霉素对杨树和刺槐外植体生长与分化的影响

【摘要】 卡那霉素(Km)对中嘉8号杨芽苗生长具有明显的抑制作用,随着浓度的提高,芽苗存活率逐渐降低,当Km≥60 mg/L时,存活率为0。Km对宽叶刺槐茎段的分化和芽的生长有较大影响,Km=10 mg/L时,促进分化,分化频率达100%,高出对照11.1%;Km≥40mg/L时,抑制芽的生长,芽的黄化率为100%;Km≥60mg/L时,没有芽的分化。因此,中嘉8号杨、宽叶刺槐遗传转化用卡那霉素为选择剂是合适的。

【Abstract】 Kanamycin(Km) showed inhibition effects on the growth of Populus deltoids "63/69" with plant survival rates being reduced as concentration increesing.When Km≥60 mg/L,there was no plant survived.It also had inhibition effects on the regeneration and growth of shoots of Robinia pseudoacacia L.When Km=10 mg/L,the shoots regenerated were promoted and shoots induction rates was 100%,11.1% over control.When Km≥40 mg/L,shoots etiolation rates was 100%.When Km=60 mg/L,there was no shoots regenerated.Thus,Km is optimal for genetic engineering of the "63/69" and Robinia pseudoacacia L.
