消除数字鸿沟 构建高校图书馆无障碍信息服务体系
Clearing Away Digital Divide and Building Barrier-free Information Service System in Academic Libraries
【摘要】 消除高校图书馆文献信息资源利用中的“数字鸿沟”,构建一个公平、自由、和谐、通畅的“无障碍”文献信息服务体系,是摆在图书馆人面前的重要课题。描述了高校图书馆数字化服务体系中的梗阻现象,探讨了应对之策。
