湖南湘、资、沅、澧四水洪水等级与洪涝灾度

Analysis on the Flood Rate and Flood Disaster Degree of the Xiang,Zi,Yuan,Li River Systems in Hunan Province

【摘要】 通过对湖南湘资沅澧四水洪水等级与洪涝灾度分析表明:(1)在一般情况下,洪涝灾度与洪水等级有较密切的关系,相关系数为:湘水0.63,沅水0.71,资水0.68,澧水0.74;(2)从历年的洪水等级与洪涝灾度上看,两者之间有相当的年份并非成正比例关系,这表明造成洪涝灾情大小的因素极为复杂,防洪减灾应立足于综合性措施.

【Abstract】 According to the quantitative analysis on the Flood-Rate and Flood Disaster Degree of the Xiang,Zi,Yuan,Li River Systems in Hunan Province,this conclusion can be drawn: Generally,the relationships between the Flood-Rate and Flood Disaster Degree are very consanguineous.The correlative indexes are: Xiang River-0.63,Zi River-0.68,Yuan River-0.71,Li River-0.74.But from the Flood-Rate corresponding to the Flood Disaster Degree in the past years,non-direct proportion exists between them in many years which indicates that the factors causing the Flood Disaster Degree are very complex.Preventing and decreasing the disaster should be based on comprehensive measures.
