【Abstract】 Primary cell culture and subculture cells derived from kidney of allotetraploid hybrids are performed using M199 medium containing a moderate amount of antibiotics and 20% calf serum and incubated at temperature 25～28 ℃,pH 7.2～8.0.Most of the cultured cells are epitheial-like cells with a few fibro-blastlike cells.Chromosome number ranged from 188 to 200 with a modalnumber of 200.更多还原
