硝酸吗啉催化2,10-环氧蒎烷液相重排合成紫苏醇
Synthesis of Perillyl Alcohol via Liquid Phase Rearrangement of 2,10-Epoxypinane Catalyzed by Morpholinium Nitrate
【摘要】 研究硝酸吗啉催化的2,10-环氧蒎烷液相重排反应及其产物分布规律,主要考察了催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对主要产物分布的影响.实验结果表明:在硝酸吗啉催化剂存在下,2,10-环氧蒎烷液相重排主要生成紫苏醇和桃金娘烯醇,产物中紫苏醇含量达65%~74%,适当升高反应温度或延长反应时间有利于紫苏醇的生成;确定了2,10-环氧蒎烷液相重排合成紫苏醇的优化条件为:催化剂用量为2,10-环氧蒎烷投料量的10%(摩尔)反应物与溶剂的体积比为1∶4,在313~318 K下反应2 h,紫苏醇产率可达74%;并对提出的反应机理进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 The liquid-phase rearrangement of 2,10-epoxypinane and the product distributions catalyzed by morpholinium nitrate are studied in this paper.The influences of the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on the product distributions are investigated emphatically.Experimental results indicate that perillyl alcohol and myrtenol are formed as main products of liquid phase isomerization of 2,10-epoxypinane in the presence of morpholinium nitrate and the content of perillyl alcohol is about 65%~74%.The optimum conditions for the synthesis of perillyl alcohol via liquid phase rearrangement of 2,10-epoxypinane are established as follow:the amount of catalyst is 10% based on 2,10-epoxypinane(mol),ratio of reactant to nitromethane solvent is 1∶4(volume) and perillyl alcohol can be obtained with 74% of yield at 313~318 K for 2 h;The reaction mechanism of isomerization is also discussed.
