【Abstract】 Deng Xiao-ping’s strategy Viewpoint about talents thinks the talent as a overall situation,a long-term goal and a strategy’s problem.It exponds the following questions : the relation of CPC’s undertakings and the bringing up of successors;the realization of socialist modernization and qualified specialized personnel;the relation of talent strategy’s goal and the talent system’s reform.Under today’s historical condition,we must adhere to Deng Xiao-ping’s strategy viewpoint about talents in order to set up a long-term strategy viewpoint,to create a well situation of talent growing up with deepening the reform of the systems of personnel matters and cadres;to aim at the younger generation to enhance their quality.更多还原
