【摘要】 中小企业融资困难是中小企业金融研究最核心的问题,国内外学者对此进行了大量研究。我国中小企业以内源融资为主要渠道,外源融资渠道很不畅通,商业银行、资本市场和风险投资的支持有限。中小企业自身存在的诸多问题也是导致其筹资难的根本原因。解决中小企业融资难问题,需要尽快在企业内部建立和完善现代公司治理结构,同时应建立多层次的银行服务体系,特别是扶持发展中小金融机构,建立完善民营企业的信用担保体系,引入再担保分化风险,加快“二板市场”建设,有效引进风险投资,等等,加强对中小企业的金融支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text expatiates the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise’s financial issues,and analyzes deeply the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprise in China.Internal finance is the main channel of small and mediumsized enterpris in the country,and the commercial bank,capital market,and risk investment only give them a limited financial support.On the base of analyzing the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprise’s finance,we put forward some practical measures which could construct and improve the financial support system in country.更多还原
