【摘要】 “文理综合类”高校学报,是指文理内容混合的、由一般地方高校主办的学术刊物。它既不是社会科学版,也不是自然科学版,这种没有性质标识不伦不类的混合现状造成了此类学报运作与管理的尴尬被动局面,要改变这种状况,首先需要主管部门政策的调整、支持,其次学报自身要加强队伍建设,不断提高专业知识水平和业务工作能力,走特色之路,走开放之路,加强和完善制度建设,保证学报的质量和品位。再次,作为主办单位的地方高校,要正确认识学报在地方高校建设与发展中的重要地位和作用,在考虑学校建设与发展需要的同时,从学报生存发展的实际出发,确定、把握学报的发展方向,让学报在客观规律的支配下而不是在人为的行政干预下去正常地操作运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Arts and science oriented university journal is an academic publication which combines liberal arts and science sponsored by regional colleges and universities.It is neither social science edition nor natural science one,thus causing the embarrassment and difficulty in the management of journal.Such situation can come to an end only by the adjustment of the policy and the support from the authority in charge,by the qualification improvement of the whole team through the enforcement and perfection of system.At the same time,the university needs to identify the important role that journal plays in the construction of universities,to steer the direction of the journal’s development from the view of existence and enhancement,to work healthily under the direction of objective law instead of the intervention of the human’ manipulation.更多还原
