TNF与IFN协同诱导癌细胞凋亡机制的研究进展
RESEARCH PROGRESS OF SYNERGIC MECHANISMS OF APOPTOSIS INDUCED BY TNF AND IFN
【摘要】 综述了肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)与干扰素(IFN)协同诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机制.分别从受体、细胞周期、相关基因及凋亡途径4个方面进行阐述,以期为细胞因子的游离及固定药物的机制研究提供理论参考,并对肿瘤细胞因子治疗的临床用药有指导意义.
【Abstract】 It is presented the synergic mechanisms of tumor apoptosis induced by Tumor-necrosis factor(TNF) along with Interferon(IFN) in terms of receptors,cell cycle,relevant genes as well as approaches of induction,in order to review the difference between the mechanisms of dissociated and immobilized cell factors which will be extremely significant for the usage of anti-tumor cell factors in clinic treatment.
