热解吸/气相色谱法测定松树的指纹图谱
STUDY ON THE FINGERPRINT OF PINE BY THERMAL DESORPTION-GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 采用热解吸-气相色谱法研究松树的指纹图谱,考察了热解吸温度、加热速率和加热保持时间对指纹图谱的影响,并对不同品种的松树和同一棵树不同部位的指纹图谱进行比较.同时考察了图谱的重现性,结果表明,枝条的相对保留值α的RSD≤1.19%,嫩叶的相对保留值α的RSD≤0.47%.为松树的种鉴定、松脂产量的预测建立了一个快捷、简便、科学的测试新方法.
【Abstract】 The fingerprint for the characterization of pine has been developed by thermal desorption-gas chromatography.The effect of thermal desorption temperature,speed and time on the fingerprint are studied in this paper.The fingerprints for characterization of either various pines or different part of the same pine tree are compared.The repetitiveness is also studied.The result shows that the relative standard deriation of tress is less than 1.19% and that of leafage is less than 0.47%.It is a fast,simple and accurate method on breed variety and forecast of turpentine’s output.
