【Abstract】 Photonic crystal is a kind of materials with periodic arrangement of different dielectric media.A brief introduction is given of photonic crystal,including its history,evolution,and fabrication methods.The photonic crystal of InP three-dimensional(3D) inverse opal structure is fabricated by MOCVD.The study gets good results and provides a scientific basis for manufacturing InP three-dimensional photonic crystal.更多还原
