【摘要】 选取1组鸡笼内的40只28周龄健康的“惠州麻”黄羽肉种鸡作为试验组,其余的588只作为对照。试验组鸡群喂服克罗米芬,每只鸡每天12.5mg,连用4d,停用4d后再用4d。结果表明:用药后4周,试验组和对照组的产蛋率分别为71.99%和69.96%;试验组平均每只鸡总产蛋数比对照组多0.57个,合格种蛋数多0.14个;药物处理对平均蛋重无显著影响,但提高了畸形蛋和双黄蛋的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 40 “Huizhou ma” native breed hens of 28 week age in 1 series cage were assigned into the trial group and the others of 588 hens in the same house into the control group. Trial hens were given clomifene citrate 8 days with continuous 4-days without drug in the middle of treatment period (12.5 mg/hen/day). After 4 weeks, the laying rates of the trial group and control group were 71.99% and 69.96%, respectively; total eggs and hatchable eggs per trial hen were 0.57 and 0.14 more than that of the control; average egg weight was not affected but the rate of malformed eggs and eggs with double yolks all increased in the trial group.更多还原
