花生采前茉莉酸甲酯处理对成熟种子黄曲霉抗性的影响
Effects of Methyl Jasmonate Treatments before Harvest on the Resistance of Peanut Mature Seeds against Aspergillus flavus
【摘要】 以花生湛秋48和粤油5号为试验材料,在荚果发育初期用茉莉酸甲酯(Methyl jasmonate,MJ)处理,再进行干旱处理,并于干旱处理2周后接种黄曲霉菌。取成熟种子测定几丁质外切酶、几丁质内切酶、β-1,3葡聚糖苷酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase,PAL)活性。结果表明,MJ能诱导几丁质外切酶、几丁质内切酶、β-1,3葡聚糖苷酶和PAL活性,从而增强花生种子抗黄曲霉的侵染能力;不同花生品种对MJ诱导的敏感性不同,湛秋48比粤油5号敏感。
【Abstract】 The potted peanut cultivars Zhanqiu 48 and Yueyou 5 were treated with methyl jasmonate(MJ),followed by drought treatment at early pod development stag.After two weeks of drought treatment,Aspergillus flavus was inoculated.The mature seeds were used to investigate the activities of exochitinase,endochitinase,β-1,3-glucanase and PAL.The results showed that MJ induced the activities of exochitinase,endochitinase,β-1,3-glucanase,PAL and improved the resistance of peanut seeds against to Aspergillus flavus.Zhanqiu 48 was more sensitive to MJ inducement than Yueyou 5.
