【摘要】 为了观察中草药对猪链球菌的体外抑菌效果,将所选中草药按常规法制备水提取物、醇提取物,用试管2倍稀释法检测中草药水提物、醇提物对猪链球菌的体外抑菌作用。结果表明,所选7种中草药对猪链球菌均具有一定的抑菌作用,其中黄连醇提物的抗菌活性最强,仙鹤草、地锦草醇提物抗菌活性较强,板蓝根、马齿苋醇提物抗菌活性较弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Water-and ethonal-extracts from 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were obtained with normal methods,and their antibacterial effects on Streptococcus suis were determined by the method of tube dilution.The results were the following: All of the 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicinal extracts had in vitro anti-bacterial effects on Streptococcus suis.Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Coptidis Rhizoma was the lowest(≤15 mg/ml),showing the most significant bacterium-restraining effect.The ethonal extracts of Agrimonia Pilosa Ledeb and Herba Euphorbiae humifusae also showed good inhibiting potential.The results could be influenced by extracting methods.更多还原
