金银花中吡虫啉残留量的HPLC测定方法

【摘要】 采用HPLC外标法测定金银花、土壤中吡虫啉的残留量。样品用甲醇提取,石油醚反萃取,二氯甲烷萃取,其中,金银花样品经弗罗里硅土与活性炭柱净化,使用ZORBAX SB C18柱,流动相为乙腈∶水(30∶70),流速0.8 ml/min,DAD检测器检测波长270 nm进行检测。采用该方法,吡虫啉回收率均大于80%,最低检出量为0.0212 ng,最低检出浓度为0.00265 mg/kg(花蕾)和0.001325 mg/kg(土壤)。

【Abstract】 A HPLC method was developed to determine imidacloprid residues in honeysuckle and soil.Samples were extracted by methanol,reversly purified by petroleum ether,cleaned up by dichloromethane.Furthermore,honeysuckle samples were cleaned up on a column of Florisil and activated carbon.The content of imidacloprid was determined by external standard method,ZORBAX SB C18 column was used with acetonitritle and water solution(30∶70,V∶V) as mobile phrase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min,DAD detection wavelength at 270 nm.The recovery of more than 80%,the lowest limit of detectability of 0.0212 ng,the lowest concentrations of detectability of 0.00265 mg/kg(in flower) and 0.001325 mg/kg(in soil) were obtained using this method.
