【Abstract】 The nitrate content of 16 kinds of vegetables in Lianyan market (Danzhou) was measured. The result showed the nitrate pollution of vegetables in Lianyuan market is serious. The nitrate content shows as the following: leaf vegetables >bulb crops> root vegetables>cucurbits crops> selanageous fruits >beans. The nitrate content of radish, pachyrhizus, cabbage and greengrocery is much higher above the required limit.更多还原
