NR/PE共混型吸水膨胀热塑性弹性体的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 以天然橡胶和聚乙烯为原料,采用动态硫化的方法制备共混型热塑性弹性体,并加入吸水树脂聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa)和增容剂苯乙烯-马来酸酐(STAM)共混以制备NR/PE吸水膨胀热塑性弹性体。讨论补强剂的种类及用量,PAANa用量以及吸水树脂的种类对热塑性弹性体力学性能、吸水率和溶胀率的影响。结果表明,随着PAANa加入量的增加,吸水膨胀热塑性弹性体的吸水率增大;拉伸强度增加至最大值后降低;撕裂强度的变化不明显;溶胀率先降低后升高。在吸水树脂加入量一定的情况下,吸水性大的吸水树脂有利于提高热塑弹性体力学性能和吸水率。

【Abstract】 The thermoplastic elastomers were prepared with NR and PE by dynamic vulcanization. Super absorbent Resin(SAR), poly (sodiam acrylate) and styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, used as compotibilizers, were put into NR/PE blends to prepare water-absorbent swelling thermoplastic elastomers. The effect of types of additive and quantities, PAANa quantities, and types of SAR on mechanical properties, water absorption and swollen ratio were investigated. The results showed that, with the increase of PAANa quantities, water absorption of water-absorbent swelling thermoplastic elastomers increased, tensile strength increased to a peak and ten decreased; tear strength didn’t change obviously; swollen ratio decreased at first and then increased. The SAR could improve the mechanical properties and water absorption of water-absorbent swelling themroplatic elastomers.
