【摘要】 回顾绿色GDP理论探索与发展的过程,论述绿色GDP核算对资源与环境合理利用与管理的重要作用,讨论绿色GDP核算的基本方法,指出绿色GDP研究与应用中存在的问题,建议建立符合中国实际情况,并能与国际接轨的绿色GDP核算方法体系,以确保在我国真正做到人与自然和谐,进而实现社会的整体和谐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Good harmony between man and nature is an indispensable part of a harmonized society for which China is striving for, while green GDP accounting is an effective instrument for the achieving of the expected harmony. The present review summarizes the development process of green GDP accounting, and underlines the significance of the green GDP accounting to natural resources and environment in the context of sustainable development and management. Some fundamentals of green GDP accounting are discussed while some outstanding problems in the research and application of the green GDP accounting system pointed out. It is on this basis that a green GDP accounting system applicable to China’s situation in compatibility with international ones is suggested for the achievement of harmonious development of both man and nature and in return for a harmonized society in the country as a whole.更多还原
