【摘要】 以感病主栽品种C039、丽江新团黑谷为材料,观察稻瘟病病菌粗提物处理对水稻成熟胚愈伤组织培养的影响,以期筛选抗稻瘟病细胞突变体。试验结果表明:粗提物处理,对水稻成熟胚的愈伤组织诱导和分化都有一定的抑制作用,但愈伤组织再生植株的蛋白质含量显著提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using C039 and lijiangxintuan black rice which was sensintive to rice blast as study material,the effect of Magnaporthe grisea crude extraction on the tissue culture from rice mature embryos were studied in order to screen the rice blast resistance mutants.The results indicated that the crude extraction inhibited the callus inducement and differentiation of the rice mature embryos.The inhibition significantly increased the plant protein content in the regeneratal plants.更多还原
