TiO2纳米材料的制备及其对甲醛光催化降解
Preparation of Nanometer TiO2 and Photocatalytic Degradation of Formaldehyde
【摘要】 以硫酸钛为前驱体,采用沉淀—溶胶法制备纳米TiO2,进行甲醛的光催化降解试验,考察了制备条件对光催化性能的影响.结果表明,硫酸钛浓度为0.05mol/L,水解温度80℃,时间4h,0.10mol/LKOH聚沉,pH2,熟化温度90~100℃,时间10min,煅烧温度450℃,时间4h,制得的纳米TiO2对甲醛的降解效率6h内可达78%.
【Abstract】 Using the precipitation-sol method,nanometer TiO2 particles were prepared with Ti(SO4)2 as precursor in the experiment.Photocatalytic degradation experiments for formaldehyde were carried out with an aim to inspect the influence of preparation conditions of TiO2 on photocatalytic degradation performance.The results show that degradation efficiency of formaldehyde attain 78% in 6 h as the concentration of Ti(SO4)2 0.05 mol/L, hydrolization temperature 80 ℃ and time 4 h,pH 2 for congregate with 0.10 mol/L KOH,maturation temperature 90~100 ℃ and time 10 min,calcining temperature 450 ℃ and time 4 h.
