【摘要】 用毛油茶籽油和蔗糖经甲酯化与酯交换两步,合成了油茶籽油脂肪酸蔗糖酯,用正交试验法优化了前步反应条件(摩尔比5∶1,80℃,反应6h),甲酯得率为79%;用单因素法确定了后步反应条件(摩尔比为(1～2)∶1,先在110℃反应1.5h,再在135℃反应3h),蔗糖酯产率为45%.并对精制产品进行了红外光谱表征.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper sucrose esters were synthesized via two steps(methyl esterifying and interesterification) from camellia oil and sucrose.The optimum conditions of the former were ensured by orthogonal test method(mole’s ratio of 5∶1,80 ℃,reaction of 6 h),the output of methyl ester is 79%.The suitable conditions of the later were confirmed by single factor method(mole’s ratio of(1～2)∶1,80 ℃,first reaction of 1.5 h at 110 ℃t,hen reaction of 3 h at 135 ℃),the output of SE is 45%.Infrared spectrum of refined product was discussed.更多还原
