【摘要】 采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪和固相微萃取进样技术,系统分析了烟用包装材料中挥发性有机物VOCs的残留情况.结果表明:75μmCarboxen/聚二甲基硅氧烷纤维头对VOCs具有较好的吸附性能和灵敏度,在80℃下顶空萃取可以兼顾低沸点和高沸点物质的吸附效果,顶空萃取30min后,吸附过程趋于平衡.采用40mL顶空瓶,商标纸整张取样,可以消除由于样品的不均一性引起的误差.分析34种卷烟印刷包装材料,共检出4类26种挥发性有机物.更多还原

【Abstract】 With an application of GC-MS and SPME technique,this paper analysed the rudimental material of VOCs in packaging materials of cigarettes.The experiment probed that 75 μm CAR/PDMS fibre nob had excellent absorbability and sensitivity to VOCs,headspace extraction-temperature at 80 ℃ could give attention to absorption effect with high/low boiling point and the absorption process was balance after 30 min’ headspace extraction.With 40 mL head space bottle and complete paper samplingt,he error aroused by sample asymmetry could be avoided.In the experiment,thirty-four kinds of cigarette packaging materials had been tested and twenty-six kinds of volatility organic matter belonging to four categories were also proved.更多还原
