V脊菱蜡蝉生物学特性和消长规律初步研究

【摘要】 为了解黄花菜检疫性害虫V脊菱蜡蝉(OliarusvicariousWalker)的生物学特点及发生规律,于2003-2004年进行了田间调查和室内饲养.观察结果表明,V脊菱蜡蝉在湖南一年发生1代,以若虫越冬,一年中在6月下旬出现一次明显的成虫高峰.若虫在(25±1)℃条件下,完成一个世代的历期为153d,卵期22d,若虫期125d,成虫期6d.V脊菱蜡蝉在人工气候条件下卵的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为7.42℃和422.14日度,若虫各龄(1至5龄)的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为6.24,13.30,8.19,5.80,13.60℃和1056,464.85,264.57,466.58,238.4日度.

【Abstract】 Oliarus vicarious Walker repreduces one generation each year in Hunan Province,and it spends-winter in the form of nymphae.There is a distinctly high peak of imago in the last ten days of June.At the temperature of(25±1) ℃,its developing periods for egg,nymphae,adult and whole generation were respectively 22 days,125 days,6 days and153 days.Under the false climate condition,different development periods of Oliarus vicarious Walker have been studied in the paper.The results showed that the low-development threshold temperature and effective thermal constants were 7.42 ℃ and 422.14 degree-day for eggs and for nymphaes they were 6.24,13.30,8.19,5.80,13.60 ℃ and 1 056,464.85,264.57,466.58,238.4 degree-day respectively.
