【摘要】 为提高阿维菌素疗效,降低其毒副作用,以生物可降解型明胶和阿拉伯胶为囊材,采用复凝聚法制备阿维菌素微囊,考察其形态特征及微囊的体外动态释药情况,采用分光光度法测定微囊内药物含量及包封率.结果显示:1)3批生物降解型阿维菌素微囊外观均一、光滑,平均粒径为48.2μm;2)微囊平均载药率为(13.14±0.61)%,平均包封率为(66.35±3.10)%;3)体外释药结果表明,微囊内药物无突释现象,达到缓慢释放和长效制剂的基本要求.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve its curative effect and decrease its side effects,the morphological features of avermectins under microscope were examined and the medicine concentration inside spectrophotometer were determined,using biodegradable gelation and arabic gum as the membrane material of microcapsule by means of re-agglomeration,.The(13.14±0.61)% and(66.35±3.10)%,respectively;3) No sudden release of avermectins from microcapsules were found,which was consistent with our aim to keep the microcapsules releasing slowly and persistently.更多还原
