1,10邻-菲咯啉-铜(Ⅱ)-氨基酸配合物的合成、表征及其SOD活性
Synthesis,Characterization and SOD-Like Activity of 1,10-Phen anthroline-Cu(Ⅱ)-Amino Acid Complexes
【摘要】 合成了4个新的配合物:[Cu(Phen)(L-Phe)(H2O)]C l.2H2O、[Cu(Phen)(G ly)(H2O)]C l.2.5H2O、[Cu(Phen)(L-Arg)(C l)]C.l2.5H2O、[Cu(Phen)(L-Ile)(H2O)]C l.2H2O(Phen:1,10邻-菲咯啉;L-Phe:苯丙氨酸;G ly:甘氨酸;L-Arg:精氨酸;L-Ile:异亮氨酸).用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、热重等方法对配合物的结构进行了表征,并用改进的氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)光还原法测定了这4个配合物催化歧化超氧阴离子(O2.-)的能力.结果表明,这些配合物在10-8~10-7mol.L-1的浓度范围内对NBT光还原速率均能达到50%以上的抑制率.
【Abstract】 Four new complexes of Cu(Ⅱ) with phenanthroline and L-amino acid(L-Phenylaninate,Glycinate,L-Argininate,L-Ileucinate) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectra,UV-vis absorption spectra and thermal gravimetric analyses.The catalytic activity of the complexes for the disproportionation of O2·- was determined by NBT method.The result shows that the complexes have a high SOD-like activity,and their concentrations of 50% inhibition are in the range of(10-8-10-7 mol·L-1).
