【摘要】 农村合作医疗制度是由政府、农民群众与农村经济组织共同筹资,在医疗上实际互助互济的一种有医疗保险性质的农村健康保障制度。它在上个世纪七十年代末期覆盖了我国绝大部分的农村人口。八十年代家庭联产承包责任制的实施,国家经济转型,体制变化,导致了以农村社队集体经济为依托的农村合作医疗出现了大面积的萎缩。本文以汕头市(鱼它)莲街道为例,分析了当前的农村合作医疗体制,分析利弊,并提出对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Rural Cooperative Medical Service is the health insurance system funded by the govern- ment,farmers and the rural economic organizations.It covers most of the rural population in the last 1970’s.However,due to the form of the collective economy,this service tends to be shrink since the Family Contract Responsibility System was adopted in 1980’s.Based on the Tuolian County,Shantou City,this paper analyses the problems existing in the current Rural Cooperative Medical Service and some suggestions are also put forwards.更多还原
