不锈钢填料三维翅结构的犁切/挤压成形工艺

【摘要】 为得到高性能的不锈钢填料,采用犁切/挤压翅化加工新技术在用于填料的不锈钢薄带表面加工出三维茸状翅结构,分析三维翅结构的犁切/挤压成形过程,研究刀具和工艺参数对翅成形的影响规律.结果表明,成翅过程可分为犁切、挤起和挤裂成翅3个阶段;影响翅成形的主要因素为刀具的挤倾角、挤刃宽和犁切/挤压深度;在一定范围内,随着挤刃宽和犁切/挤压深度的增加,翅的高度也增加,而挤倾角对翅高的影响不显著.

【Abstract】 To fabricate high-performance stainless steel packings,a new fin-forming technology named plowing/extruding is proposed to machine three-dimension downy fins on the surfaces of stainless steel laminas that are used as packings.The formation process of three-dimension fin by plowing/extruding is analyzed,and the influences of the tool and process parameters on the formation of the fin are investigated.It is shown that the whole fin-forming process can be classified into three stages: plowing,extruding and fin forming,and that the extruding obliquity,the extruding edge width and the plowing/extruding depth are the main factors influencing the fin forming.Moreover,within a certain range,the height of fin increases with the extruding edge width and the plowing/extruding depth,but the extruding obliquity has no obvious influence on the height.
