离子阱中有机小分子的分子离子反应
Study on the Ion/Molecule Reactions of the Low-Mass Organic Molecules by the Ion Trap Mass Spectrometer
【摘要】 利用离子阱质谱原理和内离子源的特点,确定了小分子醇、醚、胺、醛、酮等有机物在离子阱里的反应为自身化学电离(SCI)反应;总结了反应特点和规律;比较了质谱图与NIST98库中的标准EI质谱的不同;建立了有助于在离子阱中对有机物小分子定性分析的SCI质谱图库.
【Abstract】 The ion/molecule reactions of low-mass Organic molecules,such as alcohol,ether,amine,aldehyde,ketone and so on,were studied by the ion trap MS.The reactions’ characters and disciplinarians were summarized,which were considered as self-chemical ionization(SCI) reaction.Furthermore,the SCI spectra were compared with the conditional EI spectra,and the database relative to the SCI-MS was established so that it can be made easier to identified these species of low-mass Organic molecules on the ion trap MS.
