电线电缆制造技术专业人才培养模式改革与实践
The Practice in the Teaching Mode Reform of Wire and Cable Major
【摘要】 文中介绍了我校电线电缆制造技术专业应用型人才培养的实践经验,提出了一套适合电线电缆行业应用型人才需求的人才培养模式,阐述了具体的实施方案和措施。
【Abstract】 This article introduces the practice of the cable manufacturing technique major in my school,and put forward a talent cultivating mode to satisfy the need of the qualification talent of cable profession on the basis of many years’ teaching reform.It discusses the detailed practice projects and implement measures,having the actual meaning towards the cultivating of the qualification talent.
