五年制高等职业教育教学管理探讨

【摘要】 五年制高职教育的教学管理要从制订培养计划着手,五年制教学早期着重培养学生的法律意识、增设人文选修课程提高学生的综合素质,在五年制教学的中后期对学生加强实践环节的训练并完善教学质量的评估机制,同时建立一个相对稳定的教师队伍,为学生顺利就业打好基础。

【Abstract】 The teaching management of the Five-Year High Vocational Education should set about from making cultivating plans.During the early period of the five-year system teaching,we should cultivate the students’ legal consciousness emphatically and set up some humane and selective curriculums to raise their overall qualities.During the middle and later periods of the five-year system teaching,we should strengthen practise training and perfect the assessment mechanism of the teaching quality.We should set up a relatively stable teaching body at the same time and lay a solid foundation for the students’ smooth employment.
