论高校学生管理工作者的观念转变与角色转换
On the Change of Belief and Character of Students Managing Workers in Higher Institutions
【摘要】 当前高校学生管理工作面临着许多新的挑战,学生管理工作者要转变学生管理理念,以学生为本,变管理为服务,同时转换角色,更好地服务于学生的健康成才。
【Abstract】 Nowadays students managing work is faced with many new challenges in higher institutions.Students managing workers are requested to change managing belief and character-serving students not managing students.In this way,students can grow more healthy.
