【Abstract】 A homogeneous reaction of ethyl 6,8-dichloro-caprylate and sodium disulfide takes place in aqueous methanol solution,then the product is obtained by hydrolysis and acidification with an overall yield of 68% and the content higher than 99.0%.All reactions are held in one pot.The modified synthetic process of α-lipoic acid simplifies operation and reduces production cost.更多还原
