过氧化尿素合成条件的研究
Study of Synthetic Condition of Urea Peroxide
【摘要】 由双氧水与尿素反应合成过氧化尿素。采用单因素实验考察了物料配比、反应温度和反应时间对产品活性氧含量及其收率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:反应时间45 m in,过氧化氢与尿素的物质的量比1.3∶1,反应温度30℃。在此条件下产品的活性氧含量可达到16.8%以上,收率可达到54%。
【Abstract】 Urea peroxide is synthesized by reaction of urea with hydrogen peroxide.With single factor optimization method,the factors affecting reactive oxygen species content and production efficiency,such as mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide and urea,reaction temperature and reaction time are discussed.The optimized technology conditions are as follows: reaction time 45 min, mole ratio 1.3∶1,reaction temperature 30 ℃.Reactive oxygen species content can achieve more than 16.8%,and the yield can achieve 54% in this condition.
