纳米TiO2的制备及其对甲醛的光催化降解性能
Influence of Preparation of Nanometer TiO2 on Photocatalytic Degradation Performance of Formaldehyde
【摘要】 以硫酸钛为前驱体,采用沉淀-溶胶法制备纳米TiO2,进行甲醛的光催化降解实验,考察了制备条件对光催化性能的影响。结果表明:当硫酸钛浓度为0.05mol/L、水解温度80℃、时间4h,0.10mol/LKOH聚沉、pH=2、熟化温度90~100℃、时间10min,煅烧温度450℃、时间4h时,制得的纳米TiO2对甲醛的降解效率6h内可达78%。
【Abstract】 Nanometer TiO2 particles were prepared with Ti(SO4)2 as precursor using the precipitation-sol method,and its photocatalytic degradation experiments of formaldehyde were carried out. Influence of preparation conditions of TiO2 on photocatalytic degradation performance was studied. The results showed that degradation rate of formaldehyde attained 78% in 6 hrs at the concentration of Ti(SO4)2 0.05 mol/L,hydrolization temperature 80℃ and time 4 hrs,pH=2 for congregatation with 0.10 mol/L KOH,maturation temperature 90~100℃ and time 10 mins, calcination temperature 450℃ and time 4 h.
