【摘要】 目的评价早期肠内营养对高龄患者胰十二指肠切除术后康复和减少并发症的作用。方法 38例胰十二指肠切除术病人,随机分为EN组和PN组,术后24h开始分别接受肠内和肠外营养,观察两组病人营养状况、术后并发症、术后住院日及营养支持费用。结果两种营养方式均能改善病人的营养状况。肠内营养在恢复氮平衡,促进肠道功能恢复,减少术后并发症, 减少经济消耗方面优于肠外营养,且差异有显著意义(P<0．05)。结论高龄患者于胰十二指肠切除术后实施早期肠内营养安全可靠,且费用低廉,有助于促进患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate influence of early enteral nutrition on restoration and complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy in senile patients. Methods Thirty-eight postearly enteral and parenteral nutritional supports respectively 24 hours after the operation. General nutrition condition, complications, days of staying in hospital after the operation and cost of nutritional support were observed and analyzed. Results Both the enteral and parenteral nutritional supports were able to improve the general nutrition condition of the patients. The enteral nutritional support had significantly better effects on resuming N-balance, stimulating gut motion, reducing complications and saving cost of nutritional support compared to the parenteral nutritional support in the patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy ( P<0. 05). Conclusion Early post-operative enteral nutrition is safe, cheap and effective in senile patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy.更多还原
