【Abstract】 Clandestine investigation is of exceeding importance in dealing with terrorism,organization-based crimes and drugs crimes.It’s of possibility to exempt clandestine investigators’ duty when they violate laws and commit crimes.Definition of clandestine investigators’ violating laws and committing crimes must be stipulated by law and their duties must be explicated thus to further protect clandestine investigators’ rights and benefits.更多还原
