【Abstract】 In process of legality in university,the lack of legality conscious,rules backwardness,procedures misconduct and relief means blurring may be encountered.To overstep the plight,Colleges should establish a student-oriented management philosophy,construct rules and regulations respecting the rights,establish justice and fair procedures,advocate student rights dredge channels and require students to take legal obligations.更多还原
