“一锅煮”合成新型类维生素A酸甲叉二酯
One-Pot Synthesis of a New Type of Methylene Diretinoates
【摘要】 为了改善类维生素A酸的疗效,利用两分子类维生素A酸与一分子二溴甲烷偶联,设计合成了具有结构对称性的4种类维生素A酸甲叉二酯,即全反式维A酸甲叉二酯、异维A酸甲叉二酯、阿维A酸甲叉二酯、阿达帕林甲叉二酯,并以1H NMR,MS对它们进行了结构确证.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the therapeutic efficacy of retinoid carboxylic acids,a symmetric type of methylene diester was designed and synthesized by coupling two molecular retinoid carboxylic acids with one molecular dibromomethane.The synthetic procedure and characterization of the new methylene diesters of retinoic acids,including all-trans-retinoic acid,13-cis-retinoic acid,acitretin and adapalene,were described.Their structures were confirmed with 1H NMR spectra and MS spectra.
