【Abstract】 In order to improve the therapeutic efficacy of retinoid carboxylic acids,a symmetric type of methylene diester was designed and synthesized by coupling two molecular retinoid carboxylic acids with one molecular dibromomethane.The synthetic procedure and characterization of the new methylene diesters of retinoic acids,including all-trans-retinoic acid,13-cis-retinoic acid,acitretin and adapalene,were described.Their structures were confirmed with 1H NMR spectra and MS spectra.更多还原
