45~#钢CBN砂轮高速磨削(120m/s)工艺研究
Study on the High Speed Grinding(120 m/s) Process for 45~# by CBN Grinding Wheel
【摘要】 在高速磨削工艺实验基础上,分析了砂轮线速度、切削深度、工件速度等工艺参数对磨削力、工件表面粗糙度、比金属切除率的影响.揭示了在高速磨削中,磨削力随砂轮线速度提高而减小,随切削深度、工件速度加大而加大,以及表面粗糙度随砂轮线速度提高而下降,随切削深度加大而增加的变化规律.这些规律为45#钢的高速磨削提供了一系列实用的工艺参数.
【Abstract】 Based on the process test of high speed grinding,this paper analysed the influence of various process parameters,such as wheel speed,wheel depth of cut,and workpiece velocity on the grinding force,surface roughness and the rate of material removal,and revealed the rule that the grinding force decreased with higher wheel speed and increased with the addition of wheel depth of cut or workpiece velocity,and that the surface roughness decreased with higher wheel speed and increased with the addition of wheel depth.This rule offers a series of applied high speed grinding process parameters to 45~#.
