【摘要】 学术期刊的审稿工作是一项系统工程。今后的审稿制度改革不仅要继续推进制度创新,更要不断优化直接制约审稿制度运行的相关要素体系。其改革的可能路径选择是:确立以质量和效率为主题的现代审稿理念体系;研制定性与定量相结合的审稿标准体系;构建三级审稿制主导下的多元审稿制度体系;开发和利用以同行专家为主要对象的审稿人力资源;建立以网络审稿技术为核心的现代化审稿技术体系。更多还原
