【Abstract】 This article discusses the usufruct of the base of rural residence,an issue of distinctive Chinese characteristics in real law,which is subject to much controversy among the academia in recent years.With reference to hard facts as well as available standpoints,the article argues for free transfer of the usufruct of rural residence base in China.It then continues to offer a draft of the relevant system and responsibilities for consideration.更多还原
