【摘要】 近期关于企业边界的争论主要在交易费用经济学、资源决定论和选择权说之间展开。交易费用经济学强调将市场与组织平行考虑,在决定企业边界如何变动时应考虑组织成本和交易费用的相对比较优势。资源决定论认为企业资源与外部资源的相关程度决定了企业在资源获取行为上是采用组织控制,还是市场控制,或者是两者的混合体。选择权说认为企业对资源控制方式的选择和企业边界的决定在一定程度上是与技术不确定性及由此带来的技术和商业风险紧密联系的。这三种主流学说在不同的目标层次上讨论资源获取模式的效率性及企业边界决定的机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three main approaches dominate the current debate of firm boundaries,which are transaction cost economics,resource-based view,and the option perspective.Transaction cost economics emphasizes the necessity of combinative consideration of market and hierarchies which respectively leads to transaction costs and hierarchical costs.The calculus of comparative advantage between transaction costs and hierarchical costs articulates the determination of firm boundaries.The resource-based view claims that the degree of connectivity between the corporate resources and the outside resources drives firms to adopt hierarchical control,market control,or a hybrid mode in a resource acquisition activity.With a long-term perspective,the option one argues that the governance mode,such as market or hierarchy,for resource acquisition largely pertains to the corresponding technological uncertainty and business risk.Actually,the three theories explore the efficiency of governance mode for resource acquisition from different strategic position.更多还原
