【摘要】 介绍了在纸机调速系统改造工作中所采用的现代数字通信调速控制方案,即由SIEMENSS300和交流变频器EMERSONTD2000组态主从站,基于PROFIBUS_DP通信协议,实现对纸机速度的整体制。此系统采用速度链开环控制形式及人机界面SIMATICHMI-TP170A,实现了调速精确、迅速、简单,便操作人员观察调速结果和判断系统运行状况,提高生产安全性,且改造成本较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper tells a new digital communicational method for adjusting the velocity which has applied in rebuilding paper making machines, using SIEMENS s7₃00 and EMERSON TD2000 converter to construct a host_slave network based on PFROFIBUS_DP communication protocol to control the speed of paper making machines. The system adopts velocity chain、open loop and HMI TP170A,which is precision ,simple and convenient for operators to check the result and judge the status of system to ensuring processing safety, what is more, the cost is relatively low.更多还原
