【摘要】 目的研究草酸铂(L-OHP)与氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)及亚叶酸钙(CF)联合应用治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法采用L-OHP100 mg/m2,静脉滴入2h,d1;CF 200 mg,静脉滴入2 h,d1~5;5-Fu 500 mg/m2,静脉滴入6 h,d1~5(CF滴完后);21 d为1周期。结果总有效率为37.5%,毒副反应以骨髓抑制、感觉神经毒性为主,白细胞下降发生率为53.1%,神经毒性发生率40.6%,无Ⅳ度毒副反应。结论L-OHP、5-Fu、CF联合应用治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定,毒副反应能耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the response and toxicity of the regimen of oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil and calcium folinate in the treatment with advanced gastric cancer.Methods The regimen was oxaliplatin 100 mg/m~2,2 hours is drip on the 1st day,calcium folinate 200 mg iv drip 2 hours on days from 1st to 5th,followed by fluorouracil 500 mg/m~2 iv drip 6 hours on the 1st,and 21 days as one cycle.Results The total response rate was 37.5%,the main toxicity was bone marrow suppression and neuro-sensory toxicity.Leukopenia was observed in 53.1% of the patients,neuro-sensory toxicity was observed in 40.6%.There was no toxicity and side effect of grade Ⅳ in these patients.Conclusions The regimen of oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil and calcium folinate is effective and tolerable in advanced gastric cancer therapy.更多还原
