食管癌组织中GLUT₁蛋白表达与食管癌细胞浸润、转移的相关性研究

【摘要】目的探讨GLUT1表达与食管癌浸润及转移生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测60例食管癌中GLUT1的表达。结果侵及浅肌层、深肌层和浆膜层的食管癌组织中,GLUT1蛋白的强阳性表达率分别为28.57%、68.18%和89.28%,三者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。GLUT1在食管癌癌旁淋巴结转移组和无转移组中的强阳性表达率分别为86.96%和46.15%,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论GLUT1蛋白的过表达可能参与了食管癌的浸润及淋巴结转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relations between the expressions of GLUT₁ to cellular invasion and metastasis of human esophageal carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P methods were used to detect the expressions of GLUT₁ in 60 cases with esophageal cancinoma tissues.Results The positive signal of GLUT₁ protein were located in cell membrane,the strong positive rates of their expressions were lowerd,low and high respectively in the tumor tissues of esophageal carcinoma tissues that invaded shallow muscle layer,deep muscle layer and chorion（28.57%,68.18% and 89.28%,P<0.01）.The strong positive expression ratio of GLUT₁ in lymphoid metastasis group was obviously higher than that in non-lymphoid metastasis group（86.96% vs 46.15%,P<0.01）.Conclusions The GLUT₁ protein might take part in the cellular invasion and lymph node metastasis of human esophageal carcinoma.更多还原
