【摘要】 目的探索细胞周期蛋白Cyclin D1和细胞增殖活性标记物Ki-67在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测宫颈鳞状细胞癌中Cyclin D1和Ki-67的表达,并进行相关分析。结果Cyclin D1在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性率为46.7%(14/30);Ki-67在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性率为73.3%(22/30)。Cyclin D1表达与有无转移呈正相关(P<0.05),与病理分级及临床分期无明显相关性(P>0.05)。Ki-67表达与病理分级及临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05),与有无转移无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论Cyclin D1和Ki-67的过表达可能与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的高侵袭性和不良预后密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expressions of Cyclin D1,Ki-67 and clinical pathological features in cervical squamous carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Cyclin D1,Ki-67 protein in cervical squamous carcinoma were observed by S-P immunohistochemical assay.Results The positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 protein was 46.7%(14/30),The positive expression rate of Ki-67 protein was 73.3%(22/30).Cyclin D1 protein expression was positively correlated with metastasis(P<0.05),and was not correlated with pathological grades and clinical stages(P>0.05).Ki-67 protein-expression was positively correlated with pathological grades and clinical stages(P<0.05),and was not correlated with metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusions The increased expressions of Cyclin D1 and Ki-67 may show a close relationship to the high aggressiveness and poor prognosis in cervical squamous carcinoma.更多还原
