【摘要】 目的探讨膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤(IPB)的病理及临床特点。方法回顾本院14例IPB患者临床资料,结合以往文献资料对IPB的病理临床特点进行分析。结果14例均接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)治疗,术后随访无复发。结论IPB呈良性肿瘤生长特点,膀胱镜加活组织病理检查是确诊的主要方法,B超检查可作为筛查的手段,TURBt是IPB的标准治疗方法,术后应定期作膀胱镜复查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the pathologic clinical characters of inverted papilloma of the bladder (IPB). Methods To review 14 cases with IPB in our hospital, and to analyze the pathologic clinical characters of IPB with the literatures review. Results All of these 14 patients received trans urethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBt). They were not suffered from IPB recurrence during the follow-up period.Conclusions IPB is a kind of benign tumor. The diagnosis should be confirmed by cystoscopy and biopsy. Ultrasonography is the screening examination of IPB. TURBt is the standard treatment of IPB. Repeating cystoscopy examination is recommended after operation.更多还原
