【摘要】 目的评价金喜素与顺铂联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及毒副反应。方法金喜素1 mg/m2,静脉点滴,第1~5天;DDP 25 mg/m2,静脉点滴,第1~4天;每21~28天重复为一周期,连用2个周期后评价疗效。结果CR 1例,PR 14例,总有效率CR+PR 46.9%。本案的主要毒副反应是骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论金喜素联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌是一个安全、有效、经济的化疗方案,值得临床进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination of Topotecan and Cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non_small cell lung cancer.Methods Topotecan was 1mg/m~2 iv gtt on days 1-5.Cisplatin was 25 mg/m~2 iv gtt on days 1-4.The schedule was repeated 21-28 days,and evaluated after two cycles.Results The complete response was 1 case,and partial response was 14 cases.The overall response rate was 46.9%.The major toxicities of this schedule were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusions Combination with Topotecan and Cisplatin is a safe,effective and economical clinical program in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,and deserves further evaluation.更多还原
