【摘要】 目的观察艾迪注射液联合DF方案化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法以艾迪注射液联合DF方案(5-Fu/DDP)治疗晚期食管癌30例,均为初治患者。完成2周期化疗后评价疗效,有效病例4周后确认。结果CR 0例,PR 18例,SD 10例,PD 2例,总有效率(CR+PR)60.0%(18/30),主要不良反应为恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应和血液学毒性,均是轻度且可逆的。结论艾迪注射液联合DF化疗方案是治疗晚期食管癌有效而且毒性较小的方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects and adverse reactions of AiDi injection and DF regimen chemotherapy combination in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods From June 2001 to April 2005,30 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were treated with AiDi injection and 5-Fu/DDP chemotherapy combination regimen.All the patients had no prior treatmen at all.Tumor assessment was done after 2 cycles and the effective cases were confirmed after 4 weeks.Results 0 case CR,18 cases PR,10 cases SD,2 cases PD.The overall response rate was 60%.The major adverse reactions are nausea,vomiting and hematology toxicities.The main toxicities were modest and recoverable on discontinuation of therapy.Conclusion AiDi injection and DF combination regimen is an effective and mild toxicity combined with chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer.更多还原
