【摘要】 目的探讨T形解剖钢板内固定治疗陈旧性Colles骨折畸形愈合的临床疗效。方法采用AO小斜T形解剖钢板内固定治疗陈旧性colles骨折畸形愈合16例。结果经随访4~12个月,骨折全部愈合,内固定无松动,腕关节功能及外观好。结论应用T形解剖钢板内固定是治疗陈旧性colles骨折畸形愈合患者较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the t-shaped anatomical plate fixation of old colles fractures malformation.Methods Sixteen cases of old colles fractures malunion were treated with AO lean t-shaped anatomical plate fixation.All patients were followed up for 4～12 months,recovered with bony union,reliable fixation,excellent wrist function and outlood.Conclusion To use t-shaped anatomical plate fixation of old colles fractures malformation is a good therapic method.更多还原
